You have to go to your User CP, join the ranters usergroup, and check off that you wish to be identified as a member of that group.

If you click on User CP, go to Group Memberships, you can then choose which title to be identified with - ranter, evil bunny, test toon, etc. Not sure if all the images are loaded yet.
