1) Top 3 in arcade
2)Trivia
3)Maybe from a contest.

I'm not sure of ALL the reasons, though.

Those members have the top three scores in Toontown Trivia, have the top scores in the arcade, or the member is an evil bunny.

You can play Trivia by going ot Live Toon Chat here on TTC. It's on the home page, on the right side.

There's a button for the arcade, on the top menu.

And sometimes you can get them from competitions. I had one before but I lost it

To make it clear:
You get purple scrolling names from the Top 10 in TTC Trivia on IRC
You get green scrolling names from the Top 3 in the Arcade.
You do not get to keep them forever. You lose them depending on the rank you got in the arcade/trivia. If you get a higher rank, you keep them longer (not sure if this is true but it looks like it to me).

You get to keep the scroll name till we reset the scores for trivia or Arcade again. We do this every 3-4 months.
