How do you report a member

I was wondering if someone could plz tell me how to report a few toons from a cfo and a vp earlier today.
2 friends of mine and myself went into a vp and one toon was doing nothing but yelling at other toons and putting them down.
Again in cfo, there were three toons in there, all friends
doing nothing more then telling ppl off.

After leaving cfo, these 3 toons continued to harrass members that were in the cfo and it was endless for them. If someone else stuck up for them, they started on them aswell.
This is ridiculous... It was like a outbreak of Toons gone mad...

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Im just tired of sitting back and not saying anything about some ppl on here.

On tootown's sign in page on left side it says help...click that then contact us...then under catagory of message click bad behavior...you make your report there and enclued names if possible...

Remember to put it n 'report misbehaving players' and have atleast a screenshot of em and soem details ex. laff, gags. If you can I mean. XD

well i guess i wont be able to then, if i need to include a ss. I mean it was in the middle of a CFO and a VP lol I couldnt exactly take a screen shot.
