Uploading Gallery Pics using an External Source

I'm trying to use the option to upload a picture from another source, but it doesn't even add it for approval.. it doesn't appear at all..
What's wrong?

I haven't been able to get that to work either. I just upload directly from my pc.

Hmm, I wonder if it will be fixed or not.. I have a lot of Photobucket pictures and I would hate to have to keep saving, uploading, saving, uploading. Bleh! :P
