No fair for people in UK

I find that its not fair that people like me that are in the uk cant get userpages, siggys, 2000 PM storage space and all that because we cant pay for them. We dont have dollars (most people know that), we have pounds and we cant pay for the donation for these stuff.

And if i could pay for them then i would because i would love to have all them. But it is not fair and we cant pay for them
