How do you use this site?

I am confused, or perhaps just ignorant. So, if someone could please educate me I would be eternally grateful. I am new here, and new to forums and posting in general. At this level, is every new post it's own thread? Were I expecting to find a brand new post in this forum from a Toontown friend, where would I look? Here? In "New Posts"? In one of the other "Game Forums"? If I wanted to have someone come here and look for my post, where would I put it? For instance...I have a wonderful toon friend I love to battle with. If I could ever get her to come to this forum, how would I attract her attention to my post? Would I post a title like "Furball Whiskersocks I (love-hate-admire-respect-thank or other as applicable) you". And then, and this is a possible catch 22, once I post something, how in the world would I ever find it again later to see if anyone responded? And oh by the way, does anyone know a Toontown rust colored girl cat, level about 106, named Furball Whiskersocks? I would love to get her here to this forum.

If you're looking for a particular person, you can search their username in Members List to see if they're a member of the forums using that name, and if found you can PM (Private Message) them.

You can also post in Secret Swapping forum asking for a particular toon to exchange secrets with.

Our site, and most forum sites, are laid out according to topics; if you click on the Forum link at the top of any page, you'll see all forums available here and a brief description of what goes on in each one. It's best to get familiar with each one, so you'll be able to post to the proper area when making a thread.

I'm sure you know how to post threads and replies. (You did a good job with the thread) The people with these pink names are Adminastrators, or Admins as we call them for short, some are also Moderators, or Mods. (Mini Mods, Evil Rabbits[EBK]....ect.) Rules are important, if you break one there may be serious consequesnses if you break them [Ban or suspension] Ban would be B.K.-Bad Kid, which means you can never come back to the site :'[ Suspension would be Grounded- cannot come on for a certain amount of time. Anyway, we shpouldn't have to talk about that stuff often, you seem nice. (LOL) We use the ToontownCentral site for many things. We talk to friends, get advice, ask for help, and meet some friends here too. We hold contests, play games, and we even have special groups which help you VP, CFO, or CJ with! She found me!! I am so very very happpy. Thank you all for your nice words. I really don't think I am likely to break any of the rules here. Furball Whiskersocks and I are now true friends (why do you folks call them secret friends) and spent the entire evening last night remembering our on line experiences and explaining to each other what happened and why. It was wonderful.
