Mods Help or any ttcers about the live chat on TTC

Hi i have been recently having troubles with the TTC live chat maybe you guys can help me out of what i keep getting whenever i try to get it up and running it just has a red x with a white square and stays like that forever (in the left hand corner) NOT THE X OUT button hehe. And 1 more thing i didn't have any problems in the last few days.

Seems there is a problem with your Java.

First, try cleaning out your browser's cache. ( I don't know what browser you use, so I can't give instructions ) If that does not work, try getting a external client such as MIRC or ChatZilla.

Visit http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp and install the software there and it will install the Java program that you need to go into chat.
