Hmm why do only certain people get to?

I look at the news for Toon Town and updates and noticed that certain people not Mods or Admins post yet when I tried to post news one time it said I couldnt so does that mean those random people who post there are Bots or somthing?

No, they have to be here for a year without warnings, and they get access to posting threads in News.
I got a warning for getting mad one day and pretty much spamming so eh, I can't post there anymore ;_;

For people that can't post new threads in the news: Us mods look for news threads in the playground and move them to the news.

If we don't see them there, we normally make 'em then.

We have some users we call full members that have been on the forums for years. We do allow them and those that have donated to post new threads to the news. This helps keep down spam and usless stuff from being posted in the news.
