Live chat problem

I try logging onto live chat but it just freezes can anyone help me

thats happinin to me too.... at first there was a red x then it just did as you discrobed.... TTC might just be havin problems

It's not TTC...
TTC is vBulletin
Live Chat is pJIRC
Try updating Macromedia (Adobe) Flash Player.
Check that no firewalls are blocking programs constantly, pJIRC has to use one port to go out of and send information to the IRC server.

Popup blockers often interfer with java program trying to load so you can use the live chat. Might have to temp disable that for it to load.

TTC is a site, not a forum software. TTC might use vB as the front end of the site, but it's not TTC. They didn't say that the forum software might be having problems. So the way kitten4 said it is correct (even if the idea was incorrect).

Do you have any firewalls? It's most likely using ports 113 and 6667-6669. Make sure none of these ports are blocked (if you are using a firewall).
