Something that I have thought about from time to time, and I think would be a definite bonus to have in our profiles, is the ability to specify whether or not our suits are maxed.

You can already tell which suit you have for each cog type, but once you hit the 8th suit, that's it. Someone could be working Sell, become a Mr. Hollywood, and you'd have no way of knowing if they are still getting promotions or have maxed it.

So I was thinking, what if there was another entry available, where it would have the number 50 after it (or the word maxed). So for Sell, you would have "Mr. Hollywood (50)" or "Mr. Hollywood (maxed)".

If also so inclined, another idea (more fluff but thought I'd mention it) would be to have also 15+, 20+, 30+ and 40+. So a person could show their progress, if they wanted, by showing the suit level they have gotten to. So if someone was, say, at level 19, they would pick 15+, but then change it to 20+ while they are levels 20 to 29. Again though, this is just a side thought.

Not sure if anyone else would agree with me, but it would definitely be nice to see "Maxed" for suit type instead of wondering if they're maxed or not, unless you happen to stumble upon a thread where they are announced as maxing.

Thank you.

i like that

maybe they could have a box next to the suit level and it relied on the first box for info and it showed what suit level

like, if you put in Cold Caller, then the next box would show 1-5

but if you put in Legal Eagle it would show 6-11

and if you put in Holly it would show 8-50

With the way the forum software is designed, it's made to be simplistic, so to have all that, it would have to be like the fishing species, where each level would have to be listed in the drop down box. I had thought about that myself but figured that it would be more trouble than it's worth (except possibly an extra text box for each suit where you could type in the suit level, which would be a moot point if there is a "maxed" selection). Don't get me wrong, being able to tell every little detail of our toons progress would be wonderful. Heck, "No suit yet" then "X pieces of suit", then suit names and levels for each, that would all be wonderful. But considering there are 78 levels per suit (35 for the first 7, then 43 for the final), that would be a lot of work.

By the way, Legal Eagle would be 7-11 (7, 8, 9 ,10 & 11, 5 levels).

I agree

Even just a "Maxed" button similar to our stat bubble when dancing.

Easy enough to know the obvious when you see a 129 laff toon wandering about ... but not so easy to tell which area of Toontown has been maxed with a toon starting at 109

Is it Fishing, Gardening or Racing? Or did this toon Finish Sellbot and is now chipping away at Cashbot with out planting a garden or focusing on fishing/racing.

Great topic to toss around.

The vBulletin forum software does not yet allow this as it would be a modification. It would be a great suprise if it turned out to be a real good suggestion in the vBulletin forums. o_O
