I'm pretty sure that only mods or admins can make posts stickys

You have to PM a mod or admin. Then they decide if it's good enough to be a sticky.

One of the staff has to do it. Normally happens when the purpose and content of the thread is of significance or of some importance.

What thread are you wanting to get stickied?

Long answer:

Threads like art shops, games, and just regular every day threads don't get stickied. Only threads that the TTC administration finds highly useful, informative or important will be stickied.

But I wouldn't advice going and working on a sticky right now. Pretty much all important info has either already been stickied or put on the wiki. Also, no offense, but you need to work on your spelling and grammar. Only professional looking and well-written posts have a chance of getting stickied.

If this thread was checked if it would become stickied then no. It will stay like this. Useful stuff to help people will get stickied! Also, Tepcat stickies the story contests!
