if under the art forum, we'd have a little subforum full of tutorials on some tips & tricks, even basics, on how to use some image-editing programs like Photoshop, paint, gimp(maybe?), paint shop pro, and of course the lovely animation programs.

that way, it'd help us learn new stuff, and if people ever needed help on it, they could just look in the tutorials or even PM the writer of the tutorial. of course the tutorials should be approved first, so no duplicates or any spam, just like the MapleStory guides. =]

[edit] i know there are a few pinned ones, but i was hoping more of to spice things up.
such as effects for the beginners.
not trying to turn this whole thing into a webdesigning place though.

ooo. This is probably just some useless bump, but leaving the topics opened would be a good idea too (if mods ever DO put this into consideration. I doubt that though). So it's like the guides in MapleStreet. If the tutorial-maker can't respond (on a hiatus or has become inactive) other members who are familiar with this or has asked the same questions could freely answer them.
