"Bad Kid" is not necessarily a permanent ban, and users who get perma-banned don't neccessarily go to "Bad Kid".

"Bad Kid" is simply a type of banned group that has certain restrictions on it, like not being able to see User Profiles and stuff like that.

The Title for that group is "B.K.", and they cannot change the title, for obvious reasons. It used to say "Bad Kid", but someone felt insulted to be called that. Go figure.

There are currently 282 "Bad Kid" accounts on TTC, which is less than 1% of the 30,000 users we have.

(By the way, no, smegal isn't the 30,000th person to register. We've had 46,465 registrations here. 16,465 were removed in various clean-ups)
