Well ive seen only 1 person thats gotten it and hes been saying that shuffling duck isnt nice and alot of people know who i talking about.At first i thought it was when the mods said they where going to be moderating people more closely but i then remember that was only for the new people.So can any mod that passes by this thread tell us what is going on?

I highly doubt that anyone will be permanently banned from here for no reason. People who have the name Bad Kid written under their username will have done something very bad. It doesn't have to be out in the open on the forums, it can be through PM's or the IRC chat.

All we as users need to be aware of is complying to the rules ourselves and not worrying why So-and so may or may not have been banned. When you submited your application you agreed to the rules concerning this forum. As someone already posted on a different thread today, posting on a forum is a privilage, not a right. If you choose to abuse that privilage it is the admins/mods duty to take away that privilage.

EDIT: The Admins/Mods do not have to justify their actions to any of the members here. Whether you agree or disagree with their actions is not the point, they are doing it for the benefit of the whole forum and to keep everybody here safe.

It's just a common user title just like "grounded" is. It's nothing bad lol mods arent banning people for no reason.

Grounded means Banned for about a week or month or so.
Bad kid is usualy a popular title.I remember the days of 'Evil ____' name changes.

No, sorry but Bad Kid is put there by the admins/mods and means Permanently Banned.
Grounded means suspended from the site and could be for up to 3 months, not just a week.
The name Evil Kid Bugs is used to replace the name of another toon who has been flamed.

I posted a "welcome back" replay to my friend who was starting to work on LBHQ saying "Haven't seen you in a long time. LBHQ is gonna be so much fun, you'll like it!" I saw my reply their but the next day it was gone >.< Theres no rule that I broke. What do you think?

I've actually onle seen like two or three. The reason you won't see the reason people are banned is because if it was through a post, the post(s) are usually deleted. Multiple warnings are usually causes of permanent bans.
