I do not know, and that is a thumbs-down not a question mark.

You need to fax a COPPA consent form to the TTC mods that lets you use TTC. There is a option in the TTC registration.

Exclamation Registration

Actually, COPPA forms are for users 13-. If I'm correct you're not even able to register unless you click the 13+ link when signing up. You're account was most likely deleted because of the name,or info in the profile. Or the fact that she already has another account. In any of those cases,we will not approve the account and it will be deleted. Tell her to make sure that everything in the account is appropriate(name etc),and that she uses a real email. =P That can sometimes be the case too.

You are not allowed to talk about that. If that happens with your friends then he either didn't follow a step or he has something wrong with the computer.

That happened to me when I was trying to sign up and then I used my sisters computer to sign up and it worked. Now I play on my computer though because it works. It's strange. Why doesn't your friend try signing up on a different computer?

This could be due to various reasons; accounts with Non-G usernames, RL names, multiple accounts, ban evasions, fake emails, or anything improper in the profile can be rejected.

I don't know what to tell you. My old account got deleted, and so I was surprised when I learned that my account was enabled on Strix Occidentalis.
