I don't think he's doing that anymore. You might already know this but nick gave userpages away to everyone who joined before easter (on easter).

Easy, go to your CP and click "Create Your Userpage" on the top left corner in the table of contents of your CP.

On mine, there is no Create Your Userpage button.

I'm pretty sure everyone got it, I don't remember being logged on during easter, yet I have one, and I am taking full advantage of it...
