When logging in there is a dtaing service with semi-adult pictures.

If you are talking about the Google ad, it is semi-random but we can specify ads that should be blocked.
Sometimes new ads come along, and some of them need to be added to the block list.

If you know what the ad was, or have a screenshot of it, PM it to me or one of the mods.
