Great question, I think that the people of ttc need to see the change. So if a thread is called Fred, and you change it to Bob, people won't know that that's thread or clan that they joined. Hard to explain. Bob and Fred are just random to, not actual threads. lol

Yes, Mods can change thread titles.
Looks like yours was taken care of by someone.

They can if it's a bad title. Ex: Swearing, Racism, etc.
