There are other ways to get privs to post News threads. Mini-mods, HoF, Evil Bunnies and someother groups can pst new News threads, too.
We had to restrict the posting of new thads in News because there was just too much spam being posted there,
There ARE over 3,000 users who CAN post new threads in News, which should be enough to get important news posted in a timely fashion.

Yes, I know there's only one bunny in the evil bunnies group (Evil Kid Bugs), however...xD I love to imagine I am in the same group as him, evil bunnies are alluring creatures 
The RPG forums weren't deleted. In order to view the RPGs, you have to go to the group memberships part of your user control panel, and there choose RPG player to see the forum.
