Depending on the suit level average, you could either face the VP or the President. So if there were alot of low suits then it would be the VP but if there were alot of high suits then you would face the President and when you faced the President the platforms would be a little bigger

The CEO would be the president. It's just a different position in the work industries for the bosses.

Sorry buddy but... Every cog name in Toontown are terms the workforce use. Most of them have a negative connotation.

But besides that, the CEO is Chief Executive Officer meaning the boss of everything. CFO is Chief Financial Officer which is like the Vice President of Accounting. CJ, I'm guessing, is Court Judge. VP, Vice President but there are many Vice Presidents of a corporation for different sections of a company.
