Switch won't press, unable to finish factory

So I'm in the factory running two toons b/c I need merits and I'm trying to train my trap and toonup gags, so I've been in here for a while going very slowly to make sure I use up all of my traps and toonups. I am just about to go into the foreman battle but can't b/c the last switch that needs to be pressed in order to unlock the door WILL NOT go down. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to fix it or am I just going to have to leave and go through all of that work again?

Well, I know this isn't much help to you now, but it may be for future reference.

After you defeat the cogs in the warehouse, run straight and jump off the ledge. Go back to where you came through the door. There is a wall there. Jump and press f9 at the same time until you glitch through the wall. You will be behind some boxes, just run straight ahead and that's it!

I think they meant a button in one of the silo control rooms. I've been having trouble with buttons and doors in the factory lately. Sometimes it takes forever for buttons to depress or doors to open. I've always just kept trying until it worked.

Stuck switch happened to me once in a while too, I step on it but don't hear any unlocking.

Sometimes you need to jump up and down on the switch, or go back outside and go through the doors again for the switch to reset.

I have been having problems with the switches and doors also. Not much you can do except keep trying and try what the previous posters have suggested. I have been having problems with the doors going into the VP...yesterday I missed a CCG run because the doors wouldn't open for me. Even tried different district and then back, still didn't open. Frustrating.... Anyone have any ideas for that?
