I've started a new thread about this, titled "Pie Fight Up-Close Stunning." I suppose that it could be helpful for soloing, as well.

Other than getting the bar as low as possible, it's fairly simple. It doesn't take that much skill, and it's very easy to learn. I learned it in maybe 4-5 VPs without any instruction.
