What is a "low toon"?
If you're talking about laff, then of course not. Sell ubers can be as low as 15 laff, and I think a 30-something laffer has soloed the VP. If you're talking about gags, then it depends. If they have level 1/2 throw and squirt gags (only), then yes. If they have sort-of okay gags, then no. |

I have not tried an uber (only a name dropper on my main), so I can't speak for them. But for the noobs, since I assume that's who you mean, since ubers know what to expect, yes, the VP can be hard. I half-remember my first time through, I had no clue what I was doing. It all looked so cool to me, now it looks old and gray. It seems easy now, but for people new to the entire game, it can be hard and intimidating.

I think it's highly situational. A lower laff toon can easily dance at the end, but it depends on the people helping them. For example, on my 2nd toon, he needed caviar from hollywoods, so I naturally went to VP. When I get in, I see a fifteen laffer with good, but not quite maxed gags. She would have danced at the end, if it wasnt for the people on her side. They used a combonation of gags that would leave a level 12 alive, enough to kill her. =[
So, if the toons lured instead, she would have survived. ![]() Also, the VP was intended to have the littler toons in it. About four years ago, before Cashbot HQ came out, there was the task, help a new toon defeat a VP, and they had to be four-five laff or less. ^_^ Last edited by Michael93; 04-09-2008 at 06:10 AM. |

I can clearly remember the days when I was a little Cold Caller and how difficult it was to actually get in to fight the VP at all! Particularly a CC1! If you were very lucky and attached yourself to a Hollywoods leg, sometimes, just sometimes, they used to let you get in the elevator with them! Oh joy!
I did not discover the CCG until I was a Mingler and so climbed the Sell suit the hard way. Now I have a maxed Holly suit myself and this came complete with my own little Cold Caller attachments! LOL Maybe thats why I don't mind jumping in the elevators with a few of them - I can remember how grateful I was! I actually think that the VP battle is the most 'unpredictable' of battles and a lot of differing factors make it easy or hard for each individual. I still have the occasional 'toughie' even now! |

OMG yes I remember that well! The first time I ran the factory it took me 1/2 a day to pluck up the courage and my heart was pumping like a steam train and I broke out in a hot flush when we reached the foreman!
Those were the days!! LOL |
