You do have it. It's basic with any windows. Click on Start, then click on All Programs, then click on Accessories, then click on Paint. It should be there unless your parents specifically did not install it. If you can't find it that way, click on Start, then click on Search, click on All Files or Folders and type in mspaint.exe and hit enter. Both of these ways, you should find it.

I just checked. I didn't have paint.
