You don't need a programme. You press F9 on a computer, or Print Screen on a computer. I don't know about the macs, though. And, the only difference with Print Screen is that you have to paste it and save it, while F9 saves it in your toontown folder.

Here's the route:

Windows XP

Press Start.
Click My Computer.
Click Local Disk (C: )
Click Program Files
Click Disney.
Click Disney Online.
Click ToonToiwn Online or ToonTown.
That's where your files are kept for screenshots and the game files.

You can also make a shortcut for that folder, by right-clicking,click Create Shortcut, it will appear. Now, right click on that shortcut, then go to your front page of your PC. (aka desktop - make sure all windows are minimized/closed. Right-click,then paste.

Now you have a shortcut so you can access your pics using F9!

On mac's I perfer

Command + Shift + 4+ Space + click the toontown window.

There is a topic about it in the Mac area.

Yeah, F9 saves the computer as a .jpg, but if you wanted a better quality picture than a .jpg can handle, then press Print Screen (or on some computers, F13). When you press Print Screen/F13, open up Microsoft Paint and paste the image there, and save it as a .bmp or a .png.
