Ugh, picture help.

I cant seem to get the pics to work. Whenever I try and post a pic with the [IMG][/IMG] tags around it it comes out like this:

I put in:

[IMG]http:/www.toontowncentral.com/forums/http:/www.toontowncentral.com[/IMG]

and it comes out:

[IMG]http:/www.***************.com/forums/http:/www.toontowncentral.com[/IMG]

Can anyone help?
