My sf, Z.Z. Octohopper found it! He showed me it and I have proof!!!
Take a look at my pictures! I even have where to find it! Ok, after the mole stomp, you go through a wall near the mole stomp entrence. It's to the left. You go through, turn left, keep going till you get to the corner of the mole stomp area. you go forward till you see the maze, then go around it. get behind the cogs, face the oposit derection of the gate, then walk forward. It takes a while though Here are some pictures!!! I'm guessing it's the easyest to get to in the front 3, but I'm not sure. And there's a glitch that lets you go up a hill in the grey. That's how they got so high. Edit: Darn! I saved over the good picture. Well, atleast I got cordanates!

Haha, that was fun.
I found it with a few friends. I also used the small ramp to go up high... It takes like 30 seconds to walk there I took a few pictures afterwards when I was alone    It's pretty cool. I wonder why they put this beta castle/castle thing into the grey where you can't see it for detail and it's just there... strange! maybe a leed to the chairman if he's real. I don't know.
