I was in BBHQ and decided to change districts. When I did, I got to the courtyard and no one was there except this toon. No name & I couldn't click on him. Hmmmm... creepy.

yea ive seen it too i think its like when you see toons going through tunnels you can see em in the air this is the same thing just its when you ride the golf cart into the front...but this is just a guess
