I think what you're seeing there is the area the game dumps you back into when you get finished with a cog course. Its pretty close to the Back Nine and tends to accumulate toons.

But yeah, that particular course is getting a bit more busy now that so many are needing such large amounts of stock options.

Well they are gone now, but that IS the back nine. Im serious.
