It's a glitch that happens when you run foward against the cliff in the VP place and press f9 as the VP is falling off. Don't ask me why. It shows like everything that could possibly be displayed on that page, though, including the Bossbot merits.
However, "Pink Slips" may not be the actual merits, because before LBHQ, that same glitch said that the Lawbot merits would be called "Subpoenas", when instead they were called "Jury Notices".

It's an old glitch/bug, whatever you wanna call it - it's been seen by various people for at least 2 years, maybe longer.

That never gets old. I still can't read the black lettering fully. I noticed the "You've gained a cog disguise part" but that's all I got.
