How do I take a picture and save it, download etc?

Are you talking about screenshots?
1) Take a screenshot using F9. (You do not have to save it after this, F9 saves it automatically)
2) Go to "start", and and find "ToonTown".
3) Right click, and there should be something that says "Open File Location", or "Open File".
4) Scroll down until you find the date that you took the screenshot, click on it and your screenshot will come up.
5) Right click on the date of the screenshot and rename it to something you will remember.
6)To post it, scroll down to "Manage Attachments", when you're fixing to post something. Then click "Browse", and find the name of your screenshot. Click on that, and your screenshot will appear when you post.
