How do I enter a Tournament Race ?

You enter a Tournament race on Monday or in the Sillyham District any other day. You must race with 2 more toons.

You need 1, 5, and 25 Tournaments Qualified, Won, and Swept.

It used to, the bug is fixed now so you can only do tournaments on monday.

So you must do 3 consecutive races on the 3 different tracks, on a Monday, in any district.

Do you have to be with the same toons or can they be randoms, but a minimum of 3.?

I don't think that was a bug. I suspect it was intentionally set up (without any announcement) as a "Test District" in order to try to find and fix the problem with the Grand Touring Trophy. Word-Of-Mouth and this site certainly helped plenty of people find out about it, which is probably just what was intended!
