Yes, but no 119s have been able to get it, others can, but seems like they do not get the laugh for it.

well im only a 118 and i cant get it either. i have raced all 12 tracks 3 times and no luck i know 3 friends that did get it and in only 1 or 2 races. Im not a happy camper all i need is the grand tour and id be a 119 laff.

Out of curiousity i raced one race to see if I could get it, of course i got anviled at the last second and was in forth place -_- dang anvils lol, but I still got it! Whats up with that?




If I got it in one race, even in 4th place, why arent you guys who are doing all 12 getting it?
