Grand Touring bugged for 119s

We've been made aware that some players may still be having issues with the Grand Touring trophy. We are looking into it and apologize for the inconvenience

earlier there was 1 about a partial fix, and that players had to improve on 1 personal track record. of course ive tried it and its still a no go.

I reported the bug was told by Disney the same thing.
Improve my time and get trophy.
I went to the Blizzard tack and beat my time by 15 seconds.
I got a weekly record bonus, guess what - no Grannd Trophy.

It isn't just 119's, my toon is a 118 and no Grand Touring Trophy.
I know 118's who have gotten it though.

Yes Mike, you do know at least one 118 who has it. I received it yesterday. Unlike you, I do not have all of the first and second row of trophies. Perhaps that could that be a factor?

My daughter had an even worse experience.
All of her accessories are gone and she has no trophies and no tickets.

How can you have times and several tracks but no qualifying trophies?

I raced for her for a bit and earned 6 trophies. got her enough tickets to race on all tracks but, why was her toon cleaned out like that?

Apparently they have fixed it, at least for the laff boost! I won the GT trophy after one race yesterday morning for my 19th trophy. This morning I won the 100 total qualifies trophy for #20, and got my boost to become a 118.

I got the GT trophy this morning I hit all six new tracks and after the 6th one got it.

<<I do not know what is going on with the Grand Touring Trophy, but it looks like if you win it at the same time you earn a laff point you will not get it, but if you win it without getting a laff point you will get it. This is just what I think is going on. so please let us know if anyone earned a laff point at the same time as the Grand Touring Trophy, maybe that way we can help Disney find the problem so they can fix it.>>

That makes sense, although it doesn't explain why our toon with 19 trophies was able to get the Grand Touring trophy yesterday but did not get a laff boost. This toon also does not have all the trophies in the first two rows--don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the new update plays out. Will have to go on Test today and see if any of our test toons have enough trophies to test the laff boost theory.

Mike, I'm so sorry to hear that your daughter lost all her accessories and tickets. What a devastating experience. :-( Please let Disney know ASAP--I'm sure they will fix it. Good luck with the racing--and tell your daughter I said hi.

I have 25 trophies, all of the first two rows and 5 from row 3.

I needed two tracks for Grand touring. I wanted the trophy but it would not give me a laff boost.

I did the two tracks I needed and no Trophy.
I raced on all 12 again and no trophy.
I raced on Blizzard and beat my best time and no trophy.

Just to let you guys know that our toon with 20 trophies (including Grand Touring) and no laff boost suddenly and mysteriously got his laff boost this afternoon after losing a Grand Prix race.

He entered that race with 20 trophies, and he left the race with 20 trophies, but now he has a laff boost. Go figure. (Not that I'm complaining, mind you!)

Also, the same toon earned a 21st trophy and got a message that he had earned a trophy, but no little trophy showed up by his name and picture at the finish line. So there are clearly some problems. Hopefully they will be fixed in the next update.
