Grand Touring for regular races?

I have know idea how touring works...
maybe 12 battle races... 12 grand prixs...
2 grand prixs... 4 grand prixs... anything
that will get me grand touring...

Ok, gotcha... this is what was confusing me...
I had to make sure...

*** NOTE *** Some of you may have won the Grand Touring Trophy.
That is a trophy awarded to any Toon who's finished a Toon Battle race on each
race track (including the Reverse versions).

It said toon battle... not gand prixs... and test always had
grand prixs events... so I was never able to test it on
battle.

That makes it sound like you could get it on a normal day, its says nowhere that it has to be Grand Prix... Im not sure tho, just guessing. You should try it tomorrow and see since ur racing lgzII anyway...

I received the Grand Touring trophy today. I had not yet raced on either the Blizzard normal or Corkscrew normal, but did those today. I purposely saved those until after the Grand Touring trophy bugs were fixed.

I did not get it.
I needed Blizzard and Airborne.
I raced them but did not get the trophy.
I have all 12 tracks but no Grand touring.

I wonder if having already filled the first two rows has anything to do with it?
