r u tired of the gsw bugs?
Well, I was just barely racing, on a grand prix. Did Blizzard Blvd. I finished the race but it said the person that was in third got first and it put me in second. Then, while it was loading the next race and it was taking a while, then it said "Heading to Goofy Speedway" then I was back in the playground. I had a menu pop up that said "You timed out of the race. Your tickets have been refunded." And my tickets were NOT refunded! Anyone else have these problems?

Yes, my friend had the same problem today with a timeout at Blizzard Blvd. and she didn't get the 1000 tickets back. It was our second race in the GP.
Bad thing was, she only had 1000 tickets before the race and nothing left after this timeout. She was really fed up because she had done a lot of practise racing to gain 500 once, and she wasn't bothered to continue any more race, which I could well understand. Hmmm...that sounds very strange.It has been OK so far with me.But Toontown has been acting a little strange.I keep trying to do mint and factorys and then all of a sudden,it loggs me off.Maybe you should send a bug report to toontown.If it helps...
