Goofy Speedway is the third new area that's been added to Toontown for our amusement, but it's the first one to not have an elevator. Yet, despite the lack of a lift, it's heartwarming to see Tradition being kept alive by a few special toons.

Kart Shufflers--the elevator jumpers of GSW! ((sniff)) Sort of warms the heart, ya know? ((wiping tear)) They're even waiting for the countdown clock to get to 4 before bailing! ((sobbing openly))
