WHAT IS THIS TIMED OUT THING!? ALL THE RACES IVE ENTERED GIVE ME THE "TIMED OUT" THING! WHAT IS IT!? WHY IS IT A FEATURE!?

Hmmm....so if you entered with what you thought were 4 cars and you end up being the only one that starts a race, could the others have been "timed out"?
