How do people make these records!?

my guess is that they race alone and without anvils or banna peels its easy.

They use !xSpeed and SpeedGear, it alters your racing performance in Toontown, but it is against the Toontown Policy, 8 of my SF's got banned from using it.

Actully those two programs no longer work.. if you try to use them they make the game slow down instead of speed up lol.... I have tried recently to see if they had fixed it on flame.... and ya they did you slow waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down lol....

Nope, you cannot race alone, except for practice races which do not count for records. You make records by racing well, staying on the track, and of course the most important thing, a LOT of luck. There might be some people cheating, but not all of us making the records cheat; in fact, I really doubt very many at all cheat. I made a lot of records when we could solo, but I have also made several since then. Don't worry about making records, just have fun racing.

Me and a non friend set lioke 5 records apeice last night just by racing, even when wed drop anvils on each other wed set records.

If you get enough speed boosts and few enough peels and anvils and can drive fairly well (stay off the walls) then you can set records.

Mine tonight (see records thread) came racing 1 other person, and 3 other people.

Heres a strategy to get on the leaderboards quick. Have at least one SF race with you on any track (Screwball Stadium recomended) and try not to use anvils. Also try to put the bananas on the side. HOPE IT HELPS!

and if you'r good at racing on rustic you can do it there with much more ease of annoying/ignorant toons.....much less crowded

Me Pants is pretty much stating my routiune, we race each other, but it stinks when somebody bombs you. I got over 1 1/2 dozen records via this.

You need to get your car faster to beat someone's record.

But you can't race alone because it requires 2 people!

Plus you have to get more turbo items (If you are very lucky)

Practice race doesn't count for beating a record on the board.

Not to be dorky or a jerk about it but i bet i could be the best racer in Goofy Speedway. Like I said not to be a total jerk but once I get my trial back I`m gonna have my name on the board alot. Anyone could do it not just me. I you have played every single MarioKart game or CrashBandicoot, or DiddyKong racing and mastered the game you would say the same thing and have the same feeling I have. The only problem i might have is the controls, but that would be a little problem since i`m mostly use to the controls. Trust me go play one of those games, you`ll know how I`ll feel.

ON TOPIC:my sf said it isnt hacking its just changing your cpu speed (dont derep me for this i heard it from sf!)
