i got that speed before on a cruiser with the 3 turbo combo. (that was before the updates though)

yeah I almost got to 173 but i slowed down. I also used the three turbo combo. get a turbo weapon, use it, than quickly go on a turbo thign on the street, get another one quickly and get speeds up to 165mph
