Circuit City Track Question

Ok the one part of the track that goes up hill and then you
go flying down how do you get the prizes that are high up in the air?

If I go full speed over the hill I ALWAYS go over the presents. After I hit the red strip I move to the right and tap the wall for a second, it slows me down just enough to be the right height. It works about 2/3 of the time for me. Not sure if there is a better way to get them without slowing down, maybe someone else does????

I usually go over too. I found that swerving serves as much as hitting the wall (i.e. swerve left then swerve right) but the problem with that is sometimes I then go BETWEEN the presents lol.

Funny glitch I saw this AM when racing with skip... he ditched a banana just as he was at the presents, and the banana hung in the air WITH the presents.

Ok I am goin left and goin right I am swerving here and slowing there ....

If I center myself in the track and hit the down arrow key just as I'm approaching them, it moves my car down and I can hit them about 90 percent of the time. I found that it slowed my boost down only once, so this works for me.

Please list what kart you own so we may see if there is a difference. I'm using a cruiser and didn't have any problems getting the presents in the air. It may have been dumb luck, but I only missed them a couple of times.

Using my toon with TUV. I just noticed that I have more difficulty on the regular track than I do on the reverse.

Haven't tried it with my toon with a cruiser yet.

Same here..I have a cruiser and rarely miss those prizes. Sometimes I go between them but that's it.

Cruiser - If I hit the speed boost and don't slow down, I ALWAYS go OVER the top of them.

Openhimer, how does it steal your tickets? Even if I come in 4th place I still get 45 tickets. How do you lose tickets on any race?

If your toon doesn't finish within the "qualifying" time.. I'm thinking it must be 6 minutes total on this one as well as the "rustic", you lose your "deposit".
