Actually,They DID raise prices because of city circut.
do a 4 toon race there and come 1st.600 tickets.
PS,The roadsters and TUVs are now faster than cruiser.Have a nice day.

I think the only reason they did is because of City Circuit - I mean, 900 tickets you gain for first place. One more and you win a Tuv! 8 wins, you get a Roadster! That would be why.

To get a TUV you would need to win 6 races, and to get a roadster you would need to win 17 races.
