is goofy speedway out in U.S.A?

I've serched all of toontown looking fo it, is it out and if so, whre is it?

alright now i had the same problem you did and what you have to do is go to member information on member services on the toontown frontpage and it will say would you like to join a system thing and say sign up (but you have to login first) so does that answer your question?

Goofy's speedway will be coming out on Sept 2005 for US and UK opening server.

Right now, Goofy's speedway is on Test server. it is fixing and adding something for Toontown online.
