Should Tracks Be Normal For Leaderboard

By this, I mean that, When you want to set a time on the leaderboard, you cant use the presents on the track. This removes the luck element from setting a lap time on the leaderboard, which is what it currently falls down to. How many speed-ups you get per race. It is impossible to set a Record without getting a speed-up present no matter how good you are.

I suggest, that they change Practice to Time trail, where there are no presents, and the time you set is considered for the leaderboard. This way it comes down to the skill of the driver and not how luckly they are.

So The purpose of this poll is to see if you agree or disagree with my idea, or if you have another idea on how to prevent near impossible to beat times on the leaderboard.
