On test, there is an extra tunnel in TTC that leads to it.

Well, you have 200 tickets at first. So you go the speedway and buy a car in the autoshop. For now, you can only buy a Cruiser, or at least when you start. 2/3 courses are open, only.

Cruiser=100 Tickets
TUV=2,000 Tickets
Roadster=8,000 Tickets

A cruiser is 100 tickets, not 200.
