Here is a copy of the june newsletter that proves goofy speedway will be open at the beginning of next month. In case you cant read the bottom i included a typed up version along with the actual scan of the newsletter, First the typed version.

Getting Ditched at the Elevator?
Did You Know...
One way to combat the "elevator shuffle" is to assemble a group of
toons BEFORE getting in the evliator. SpeedChat phrases such as
"Can you help me?", "Lets go fight the V.P.!", and "I think this is
too risky for you" will come in handy when trying to round up a
team. Also keep in mind that judging a toon by his or her
Laff Points is not always an accurate mesure of how
successful your trip to the V.P. or C.F.O. may end up.
Sometimes a helper Toon with low Laff but a lot of
gag experience might be just what you need to
make it through a tough battle. Teaming
up in advance might take some extra
time and planning, but will
result in more successful
Battles!

O I was woundering what was up with the stadium and the city and farm lol.

I didn't really get it cause no one explained it well enough. Now i see its all one playground and the middle is main part and the other three you just race at ^.^ thank you so much for posting this now I am all cleared up.

Thats great :-). But where do you get in and out of the playground. and where is the toon headquarters? also, is this playground going to be above donalds dreamland? so those of us who have "graduated" from all the playgrounds, will we have another set of tasks to complete?

Glad to be of some help I also emailed toontown about the dial-up user problem when there is an update that large I was wondering if a dial-up user such as myself will have problems downloading it I should know soon and I will post it here! Well my theory is that it will be like fishing since it talks about trophies meaning more laff?
