Trust me, finishing 2nd place in a race doesn't mean you're
not better than that person that finished first, because I've finished 2nd
many times against people that ONLY beat me due to anvils.

It is hard work to maxx racing, and if you come in second place when you are the most skilled driver of the group but got hit by anvils, it's frustrating. Especially when you're going for Tournament Sweeps and one anvil makes 15 minutes all for nothing. I'm not calling it cheating, but I wouldn't complain if Anvils were removed the weapons in racing.

I agree, but you have to remember that some people just aren't good at racing, and may never be good at it, so it is fair that they make anvils to even it out for the weaker racers in that sense.

I do use anvils though. And while I hate them dropped on me, I get over it. It's just a game. I'll live to try another day. Or two. Maybe even three.
I've raced with toons who drop anvils and then when one gets dropped on them they react with stinks and sobs and chase the dropper around after the race stinking him still.

Either way, whether you get hit by and anvil, or if you have to swerv, it can cause the best racer to lose, so I wouldn't really care to much about having a way of dodging the anvils... Although it may help a little, it's still no biggie IMO.
Racing is pretty much about luck in a lot of cases, but if you race enough, and get really skilled at it, you can be very hard to beat even with anvils. It's just a matter of getting better at it.
