There's no way of doing this on purpose. It's not a glitch. The people who ram you don't know they have rammed you. You have probably rammed many people too. You just can't control it. You won't know if you ram someone. If you do ram someone (or get rammed) it's probably in the very beggining of the race because that's what everyone is near each other.

Ramming
I find GSW almost unplayable due to lag. I often see other racers' cars flickering between two positions, one next to me and one maybe 10 car lengths ahead. If my car gets anywhere in between the two positions, I get "rammed", and slow way down. I think the flickering is caused by either a bug in their interpolation code, or just a complete lack of interpolation at all, which would be pathetic.
This plus the random anviling, cheaters, and all the stinking, make GSW pretty annoying. |

I think to successfully RAM someone
Now, CCE is an expert racer, and if he does not know exactly, then my chances of knowing are slim.
BUT!!!!! Try this next time. In order to RAM someone and make them stop, you need to hit a speed boost on the ground or with a present, and purposefully run into the back side of them. You will then cause them to stop. But, if you hit a wall in this mode, then I can guarantee that you will stop also. I have never worried about ramming. But the wall glitchers are the ones you have to watch out for. What CCE says about the ramming in the beginning of the race is true. When you start the race you never know who will get rammed and be forced to stop. Typically, the slowest computer and slowest internet connection will SUCCESSFULLY be able to RAM the faster computer and connection. I have tested this one so I am pretty darn sure of this part of it.
