I hate cheaters... can you describe him a little bit(without using his name) more because with that little information it's going to be hard for racers to avoid him and recongnize him

If you look at scores he is on there.

Next time that happens, take a screenshot of the final times. It will have the toons name and the time, as well as your name and time. Use the "report a bug" form and upload the screenshot to them.

I did this a few days ago and received a reply later that day that they were investigating and the person would be penalized.
