How Do You Get A Trophy

I have not raced in Goofy's until just recently. I was racing with one other toon and I came in first but I didn't get a trophy. Why? I won tickets but I'm trying fill up my trophy box and I don't understand how to get a trophy.

Are you doing a race? or a practice race?

Practice races give no trophies, just tickets

I paid to race with tickets so I assume this was a real race. I had raced a couple of times before and I had two trophies. I noticed that at the end of those races a message would appear telling me I had a trophy but at the end of today's race that I won, there was no message.

you get trophies for

1 race won and qualified
10 races won and qualified
100 races won and qualified

(thats 6 trophies, 3 for wins and 3 for qualifies)
